Afrivoyos operates from Monday to Friday with business hours extending from 8:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m.
Service animals accompanying guests with disabilities are the ONLY animals permitted to board motor coaches.
For either West Africa or any of the African countries we strongly recommend that you make your reservations as soon as possible, as many of our coaches sell out early (especially during school breaks and holiday time).
Our fares are non-refundable.
The cost of a private tour varies. When you call to make your reservation, you can inquire about the current pricing and any available discounts at that time.
If you plan to travel within 48 hours, please leave a message on our answering machine. We monitor our after work-hours phone messages regularly. You will receive a return call as quickly as possible. If your reservation is more than three (3) days away, please call during our regular business hours.

We make every effort to stick to our schedule. However, if we deem road conditions hazardous to the safety of our customers and drivers, it may become necessary to cancel our trips. We update our phone message and our website when that decision is made. If Afrivoyos cancels the trip, you will have the option of a credit to use at another time or a refund.
